Meet Laura

“My passion is to help others grow.”

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about tech, business, marketing, and websites. Since 2014, I’ve been supporting coaches and small business owners to build online presences that not only work but also feel good to run.

I hold certifications in Business Coaching, Health Coaching, and Laser Coaching, and I’m a trained Hypnotherapist. I also have a degree in Geography. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with startup funders and diverse entrepreneurs, gaining valuable insights into sustainable business growth.

In addition to running Redearth, I’ve founded other businesses and actively participate in entrepreneurial communities, always eager to connect, learn, and grow.

I’ve also helped facilitators run events and workshops smoothly, so they can focus on what they do best.

Alongside my technical and coaching work, I love creating community and supporting personal development.

I’m a proud mother of an 11-year-old and currently live in Estonia.
